Need to know what a zombie is?
In a day and age when things are always changing, there is one thing you can still count on: people will always ask the question: "What is a zombie?"
Also referred to as "the walking dead," "the living dead," "ghouls," and "the undead," zombies are essentially deceased human beings revived as mindless ghouls that attack the living. Their sole purpose in life (un-life?) is to devour the flesh of the living. The reasons behind this have never been determined, however. Brains are the primary source of zombie food, but intestines, spleens, and other various parts seem to quench their desire as well.
Although there are different types of zombies, they all tend to stick together in large groups, stumbling and shambling across the land in search for prey. The occasional stray zombie can be found, however. This is usually due to an infected person fleeing the scene of an attack, eventually dying alone in hiding. In the event of a zombie outbreak, always be aware of your surroundings - you will never be completely safe.
