Zombie Survival Depends on You
From the old school, stumbling ghouls of "Night of the Living Dead" to the speed-freak "I've drank too many Red Bull's" "28 Days Later" crazy, one thing is for sure: You must learn the rules to zombie survival of you want to make it through the night. Most zombie movies and games utilize the following zombie survival tips and tactics:
- Keep calm - The calm ones seem to make it out alive. Those who keep too calm, however, are usually killed just before they get out.
- Run. Chances are you're gonna be faster than them anyway (well, most of the time).
- Look for an emergency radio or other means to contact living humans.
- Food and water are essential to zombie survival.
- Gather supplies from local gun shops, sporting good stores, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and everywhere else that ends in "Mart." Essentials include:
- Shotguns
- Rifles
- Hatchets/Axes
- Chainsaws
- Stay out of heavily populated areas where the undead are most likely chowing down on zombie food.
- Board up all door frames, windows, and skylights.
- Do not find shelter in a car or automobile if you don't have the keys.
- Do not back yourself into a corner where you can be easily surrounded.
- DO NOT feel compassion for those infected by a zombie! They are not who you once knew anymore.
- Always aim for the head. Dismemberment will only slow them down.
